
To move learners up a year group the Establishment Administrator role is required.
When learners are moved to a new year group, they are automatically removed from any class they are currently in. Learner selection is reset for all users on the academic year start date; the default start date is 1st September and can be amended in Account details.
- Select Administration from the left-hand menu
- Select learners
- Select Year Groups
- Start by moving your oldest year group t other next year group. Select their current year group from the top dropdown:
- Select the Select all button
- Select the year group you are moving them to by selecting the bottom dropdown:
- Select Save
- Check that you have moved the learners to the correct year group on the feedback message. If you are happy, select Confirm to proceed.
- Move the next highest year group to their new year group following the process above until all year groups are updated.
