To delete all product and pupil data held on the system select ‘Delete all product and pupil data’ from the manage data section.

A warning message will appear to confirm that this deletion is irreversible. 

Press ‘Continue & delete all product data’ to delete or ‘Cancel’ to go back without removing any data.

After deleting all your product and pupil data, you will need to re-download and confirm your agreement to the privacy statement before you can access all features. Details on how to do this are provided in privacy statement.
